Job Description

Role Responsibilities

Complete procurement activities of west region which includes floating of prequalification docs in the market, evaluation of PQ docs on the ERP, floating of RFP in the market, comparing the responses, and conducting subsequent negotiations with the vendors on commercials and technical terms.
Preparation of the recommendation report and onboarding the vendors for the project.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical required; Master's degree preferred.

Key Skills

Comprehensive understanding of procurement activities like vendor pre-qualification, BOQs, and rate analysis of non-tendered items.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (MS Word, MS Excel).
Skill in conducting negotiations with vendors/suppliers.
Capability to identify and resolve complex problems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to exhibit both creative and analytical thinking.
Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy.
