Job Description

Role Overview: As a Procurement Contract Specialist II at Worley, you will be responsible for providing contract management expertise in Worley's contracting activities, ensuring compliance with the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and company standards. You will work closely with the existing team to manage the entire procurement process for engineering works, from pre-award to post-award periods. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and negotiate Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality Agreements - Conduct Market Analysis and solicit Expressions of Interest (EOI) - Manage Prequalification of potential contractors and compile Bidders List - Prepare and issue Request for Information and Request for Proposal (RFP) / Invitation to Tender/Bid (ITT/B) packages - Facilitate RFP/ITT/ITB evaluation process and perform Commercial evaluations - Administer Customer and Company contracting strategy papers - Chair bid clarification meetings and compile award recommendations for approval - Review and advise on contractual and commercial impact of changes to Project Managers - Co-ordinate review and approval of Contractors' applications and invoices for Contract compliance - Lead Contractor Performance Evaluation process - Participate in risk review meetings and settle claims from Contractors Qualifications Required: - Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, Law, Business Studies, or relevant subject - Member/Associate or Fellow of relevant recognized professional body - Minimum of 7-15 years of experience in a related field - Fluent in written and spoken English Additional Details: Worley, a global professional services company specializing in energy, chemicals, and resources, is committed to driving innovation and sustainability in projects.
