Procurement Co-ordinator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for effectively coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials as per purchase orders (POs). This includes tracking and maintaining records of purchase orders, delivery schedules, and material status, as well as following up with suppliers on pending or overdue materials and escalating any delays as necessary. Additionally, you will update and maintain procurement trackers and dashboards using tools such as Excel or ERP systems. Your role will also involve assisting in vendor evaluation and performance monitoring, along with ensuring proper documentation of vendor invoices, delivery challans, and inward registers. Collaboration with internal departments such as production, stores, and quality will be essential for coordinating material requirements and inventory updates. You will be responsible for flagging any issues related to short supply, damaged goods, or non-compliance with PO terms. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials as per purchase orders - Track and maintain records of purchase orders, delivery schedules, and material status - Follow up with suppliers on pending or overdue materials and escalate delays as necessary - Update and maintain procurement trackers and dashboards using tools such as Excel or ERP systems - Assist in vendor evaluation and performance monitoring - Ensure proper documentation of vendor invoices, delivery challans, and inward registers - Collaborate with internal departments for material coordination and inventory updates - Flag any issues related to short supply, damaged goods, or non-compliance with PO terms Qualifications Required: - Minimum of HSC/ITI/Diploma/Graduation in any field - Strong coordination and follow-up skills - Proficiency in MS Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Conditional Formatting) - Good communication skills both verbally and in writing - Basic understanding of supply chain and procurement processes - Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple vendors simultaneously Additional Details: This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, provided food, internet reimbursement, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift with a yearly bonus offered. A Diploma is preferred in terms of education, and a willingness to travel up to 100% is also preferred.,
