Job Title: Process Trainer US Staffing

Process Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver structured training programs for new hires and existing staff in US Staffing processes.
Develop training materials, modules, and SOPs related to sourcing, screening, submission, compliance, and client interaction.
Train recruiters and account managers on tools such as ATS & job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), and LinkedIn.
Conduct regular refresher courses and upskill training sessions on latest market trends, immigration updates (H1B, GC, CPT, OPT, etc.), and client-specific processes.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with operations, compliance, and management teams to standardize and improve staffing processes.
Provide one-on-one coaching for underperforming team members and new joiners.
Track and report training completion, progress, and ROI to senior leadership.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in US Staffing training or mentoring role
.
Strong understanding of US recruitment life cycle and immigration terminology.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create engaging training content and deliver sessions virtually and in-person.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel) and e-learning platforms.
