Responsibilities and Duties

Seek Senior manager Training and Quality and implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance & communication and recognize development opportunities for employees of Altius Customer services.

Create training programs and systems for multiple processes run in different centers of Altius.

Respond to training/refresher requests received and provide training solutions.

Create and implement learning and development programs within the organization.

Identify Training needs in various employees, OJT and conduct skills development programs.

Derive and enhance Product/services knowledge and work on improving communication skills of the trainees/employees.

Design Bottom Quartile, OJT training module and implement to educate good practices as per industry standards.

Align with the Operations team for training needs, update new USP’s of product/services.

Be a part of the new process launch, gain knowledge, understand the needs of the client, build training and quality content including script, FAQs, rebuttals etc. as per client requirements and champion it for the Altius team.

Manage the training and quality team, understand the deliverables from the client and work with the operations team to ensure that service levels are met.

Conduct reviews on a regulars with the training and quality team to ensure that the required KPIs are being met.

Handling of teams and responsibilities at Nagpur Location

Project management expertise, experience rolling out training plans.

Should be comfortable traveling to different office locations as and when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
