Process Trainer

- Location:

Key Responsibilities

Conduct
process training
for new hires and existing team members.
Perform
TNA (Training Need Analysis)
and
TNI (Training Need Identification)
to identify knowledge gaps and skill development areas.
Develop and update training content, presentations, SOPs, and assessments.
Facilitate refresher training sessions based on performance data and business needs.
Coordinate with operations and quality teams to ensure training effectiveness and process compliance.
Monitor trainee performance and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
Maintain training records, progress reports, and performance matrices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate
in any discipline/ 3 years of diploma.
Minimum 3 years of total experience
, including
1 year as a Process Trainer
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of
TNA and TNI methodologies
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to create engaging training modules and documentation.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
