Job Description

Voice Process (BPO Sales) Conducting Training: BPO trainers lead training sessions for both new hires and existing employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. Developing Materials: They create training materials such as outlines, presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules, tailoring them to the specific needs of the BPO process and client requirements. Needs Assessment: They identify training needs through various methods, including performance data analysis and feedback from team leaders, to pinpoint areas where training can improve performance. Program Design: Trainers design and develop training programs that are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and effective. Refresher Training: They conduct refresher courses and workshops to ensure employees stay up-to-date on process changes, new products, or service updates
