Voice Process (BPO Sales) Conducting Training: BPO trainers lead training sessions for both new hires and existing employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. Developing Materials: They create training materials such as outlines, presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules, tailoring them to the specific needs of the BPO process and client requirements.
