About the Role

Senior Process Technologist

Key Responsibilities

Conduct PQ, exhibit, and validation batches at customer sites with proper scale-up/down calculations.
Lead process and product optimization initiatives at client facilities.
Perform product trials on R&D lab machines and propose process improvements.
Prepare process proposals and value propositions for equipment solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process and equipment-related challenges.
Conduct technical training for internal and external stakeholders on process optimization and equipment operation.
Maintain a process database for all products handled and update it regularly.
Participate in monthly review meetings to share updates, learnings, and new ideas.
Implement CAPA for process optimization and ensure continuous improvement.
Submit visit summaries and process reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

Technical Expertise Required

Strong background in
formulation development
and
technology transfer
(granulation, fluid bed, tablet coating, blending).
Hands-on experience in handling and troubleshooting
OSD (Oral Solid Dosage)
machines.
Proficiency in
palletization, coating, granulation, and blending technologies
.
Understanding of
scale-up/down principles
and productivity enhancement tools.
Familiarity with
21 CFR
and
cGMP
documentation in the pharmaceutical industry.
