Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage process development projects from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements using lean six sigma principles.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze data to measure performance metrics such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), making recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices throughout the entire product lifecycle.
