Role & responsibilities Development and optimization of occupant restraint systems Planning and coordination of all system relevant engineering activities (CAE and testing) Analysis and presentation of results from CAE, sled tests and crash tests Responsible contact for product engineering (Airbag, Seatbelt, Steering Wheel) and customer with respect to occupant safety system performance Preferred candidate profile M. Sc. in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or equivalent Strong background in mechanics Proficiency in MS Office Excellent written and spoken English Team player, good in communication, committed and efficient Profile desired: Knowledge of legal requirements and consumer ratings in occupant safety Proficiency in software applications DIADEM, XCrash, Hyperworks Knowledge in Occupant and Crash Testing Knowledge in Occupant and Crash Simulation (CAE)
