1) Side Crash Test Engineer CE Experience: 8 to 10 years Location: Pune Job Description Crash Test Preparation, Execution, and Teardown: Coordinate and witness the preparation, execution, and teardown of BEV Frontal Crash Tests, ensuring all processes follow company standards and safety protocols. Crash Test Analysis: Analyze BEV Frontal Crash Test data to assess the performance and safety of vehicle components and systems during impact scenarios. Reporting & Protocol Preparation: Prepare comprehensive reports and test protocols detailing crash test results, analysis, and recommendations for further action. 2) Side Crash Test Engineer – EV Experience: 8 to 10 years Location: Pune Job Description: Crash Test Preparation, Execution, and Teardown: Coordinate and witness the preparation, execution, and teardown of BEV Frontal Crash Tests, ensuring all processes follow company standards and safety protocols. Car Ordering & Transport: Oversee the ordering of vehicles and arrange for their transport, ensuring timely delivery. Expenses Monitoring: Monitor and track expenses related to parts and logistics, ensuring adherence to budget and financial controls. Oversee crash car teardown activities, ensuring compliance with crash observation protocols. 7) Development Engineer Exterior trims & Mechanism Experience: 5 to 8 years Location: Pune Job Description This position is responsible for creation of CAD geometry and Drawings in support of various projects. Person will be responsible for: A Pillar outer trim, ORVM & Side sill cover, C Pillar outer trim & Sunroof system, etc. Provide CAD support, leading and progressing the design in line with the program timescales and deliverable cadence Ensure manufacturing feasibility of parts. Discuss & resolve all open points with manufacturing supplier, align with plant quality & pilot hall. 8) Dev Engineer – Glasses & Seals Experience: 5 to 8 years Location: Pune Job Description Responsible as part owner for design and development of Glasses & Seals in Doors & Tailgate. Details of parts: Static & Dynamic Seals, Doors moving & fixed glasses, Tailgate glass. To specify, develop, modify, support of sourcing process, ramp-up and tests of Glasses & Seals for new future products. Create a 3D, 2D and other relevant documentations during Concept phase (before development supplier nomination). Leading and daily coordinating of Sub-group parts. Organize the cooperation with external partners and suppliers. Lead design changes. Lead supplier engineers to deliver project targets. Responsible for meeting project milestones, cost & weight targets. 9 ) Active Safety NCAP Test Engineer Experience: 0 to 2 years Location: Pune Job Description Design and develop test plans for evaluating the performance of active safety systems (e.g., collision avoidance, lane-keeping assistance, adaptive cruise control). Execute and manage test procedures, including vehicle-level and component-level testing in real-world and simulated environments. Perform analysis and interpretation of test data, ensuring the systems meet safety and regulatory standards. Work with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, and simulation engineers) to ensure seamless integration of safety features. Conduct testing using industry-standard tools, equipment, and testing rigs (e.g., driving simulators, test benches). 10) Restraints Engineer_Knee Airbags_Steering Wheel Experience: 3 to 8 years Location: Pune Job Description Lead the design, development, and validation of knee airbags and steering wheel airbag modules in accordance with safety performance, packaging, and regulatory requirements. Interface with cross-functional teams (design, testing, manufacturing, suppliers, and vehicle integration teams) to ensure timely and robust delivery of systems. Participate in CAE/FEA analysis reviews related to crash simulations (e.g., FMVSS, ECE R21, R94, R95, NCAP protocols). Define and track DV/PV test plans for airbags and steering wheel systems. Support vehicle crash testing activities , data analysis, and correlation with simulation results.
