Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with counselors for documentation required for Visitor Visa applications
• Thoroughly review and verify client documents (passport, financials, employment records, etc.)
• Ensure all documents meet country-specific visa regulations
• Prepare and submit visa applications with accuracy and compliance
• Track application progress and liaise with embassies/consulates
• Provide timely updates and feedback to counselors and clients
• Follow up with clients to ensure smooth and timely processing
• Maintain records and participate in review meetings with the Branch Manager
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management

Required Skills

• Proven experience in Visitor Visa processing
• Excellent communication & customer handling skills
• Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical ability
• Positive, confident, and self-motivated personality
• Empathy and cultural awareness
• Ability to adapt, learn continuously, and think critically
• Good knowledge of the education & immigration industry
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Graduate in any field (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in visa processing
