Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills

15+ years of shown experience in operations, transformation, or process quality, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role.

Key Skills :

Good Experience in Project Management or Program Management

Team Management experience of 4-5 Direct Reportees

Experience in Data Driven Technologies

Creating positive business impact in shared services, GBS, GCC (Global Capability Centres), or centralized service environments.

Six Sigma or PMP (Any Certification)

Target Industries :Tier 1 Companies from Retail, Oil & GAS, FMCG Industries
