Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Process Excellence Supervisor to join our team at Caterpillar Brazil. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in process excellence, with a strong background in driving continuous improvement and delivering results.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive change.
Analyze data and metrics to measure process performance and inform decision-making.
Design and implement quality control measures to ensure high standards.
Train and guide team members on new processes and procedures.
Monitor and report on process performance, identifying opportunities for further improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in process excellence, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
