Roles and Responsibilities-

Process Engineer-

Job brief

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to be responsible for the process design, operation and implementation. The successful candidate will be able to improve industrial processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability.

Technical requirement-Clear understanding of design and new product development activities, Knowledge of understanding of Engineering Drawing. Knowledge on tooling , Jigs and Fixtures Process Optimization interms of Layout, productivity, Quality, Cost, Safety Cycle time and manpower study to stream line the process, Installation and commisioning of new equipments, Assembly lines. Validation of Equipment, Good zone study, Freezing of Process parameters Knowledge on Proto, Pre-Mass production trials New Ability to handle Customer audits Good knowledge of PPAP, PFC, PFMEA, Control Plan and preparation of same. Problem solving techniques using 7 QC tools Good knowledge of Line Balancing,FIFO, 5S, Poke - Yoke, Kaizen. Preparation and maintaining of Work Instructions, One point Lesson, and Operation Standards Exposure to Lean, TPM & TQM concepts Active role in Continuous process improvements Exposure to Industry 4.0 concepts and other new systems.

General requirement Computer Knowledge: MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power Point. Auto CAD Timely comletion of projects by Planning, Execution, monitoring and handing over .

• Proven work experience in process engineering
• Excellent technical skills
• Knowledge of process related standards
• Experience in process simulations
• Computer Knowledge: MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power Point. Auto CAD
• Operating Systems: Windows XP, ERP.
• Good interpersonal skills, Ability to work in-group, hard working, Positive thinking.
