a. Experience 15yrs+
c. Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for HVAC product assembly lines.
d. Project management skills, Oversee new factory setup
e. Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flows.
f. Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve productivity.
g. Collaborate with R&D, Production and Warehouse teams for smooth NPI.
h. Support pilot runs and validates new process capabilities for new models or variants.
i. Identify and evaluate manufacturing equipment needs, process automation, and tooling.
j. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for installation and commissioning of equipment.
k. Ensure processes comply with quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
l. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for process-related issues and drive corrective actions.
m. Work closely with Quality Assurance for process audits and CAPA.
n. Lead initiatives for cycle time reduction, labor productivity, and energy efficiency.
o. Analyse and control manufacturing cost drivers.
p. Lead and mentor a team of process engineers and technicians.
q. Provide training on process control, safety, and lean tools.
r. Willing to relocate/work in South India(Chennai/ Sricity)
