Process Engineering

As a Process/Project Engineer at GFCL EV Products Limited, you will play a crucial role in process/project engineering and front-end engineering for both in-house and licensed processes to ensure successful commercialization. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating Technology Transfer Data from R&D Kilo Lab Scale and Pilot Plant scale for the seamless transfer of technology to Commercial Plant. - Creating and reviewing various drawings, documents, and engineering calculation sheets such as Mass balance, energy balance, process engineering calculations, PFDs, P&IDs, Layouts, Isometric drawings, Project cost estimates, and Project schedules. - Collaborating with the R&D team to plan Design of Experiments. - Organizing studies to assess material compatibility, effluent minimization, solvent recovery, etc. - Selecting appropriate equipment and agitation patterns for scaled-up plants. - Proposing and conducting trial and validation batches in the Pilot Plant. - Coordinating and conducting Process HAZOP and Risk Assessment. - Interacting with the Process Engineering Team to finalize the scaled-up version of the commercial plant. - Arranging and overseeing trials at vendors" shops for operations like filtration, extraction as per process requirements. - Assisting the ADL team in the transfer of analytical methods to the Plant. - Supporting the commissioning of new plants and ensuring equipment functions to specifications. - Collecting data for process improvements and troubleshooting any issues that arise. - Providing comprehensive information during all project phases, from proposal preparation to process engineering, focusing on all aspects of Technology. - Developing methods to upgrade operational techniques and enhance yield, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness through the introduction of new technologies and continual improvement. - Training Process Engineers on newly developed technologies. Qualifications Required: - Minimum Qualification: B.E./B.
