Process Engineer/ Scrum Master

• Entry-level candidates only – freshers with the right mindset are highly encouraged to apply
• Certification in Scrum or Agile methodologies is a plus (but not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Scrum & Agile Facilitation:

• Organize and lead key Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure time-boxing and outcome-driven ceremonies.
• Promote discipline and adherence to Agile principles.

Team Enablement:

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and psychologically safe environment.
• Coach teams to become self-organizing, accountable, and cross-functional.
• Identify and celebrate team achievements, while actively working to remove blockers.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as a communication bridge between teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions, align expectations, and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain transparency with clear progress reports and product demos.

Product & Delivery Support:

• Assist Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and clarity in requirements.
• Ensure that user stories are actionable, well-estimated, and understood by all.
• Align technical delivery with business goals.

Impediment Management:

• Proactively identify and remove roadblocks hindering team progress.
• Escalate risks and manage cross-team dependencies as needed.

Metrics & Reporting:

• Track key Agile metrics: Velocity, Burn-down/Burn-up Charts, Cycle Time, etc.
• Analyze performance trends and share data-driven insights with leadership.
• Drive improvement actions based on findings.

Tool & Process Management:

• Administer Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Ensure boards, dashboards, and workflows are accurate and team-aligned.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Continuous Improvement & Kaizen:

• Facilitate retrospectives that drive measurable outcomes.
• Encourage a mindset of continuous learning and incremental improvement.
• Conduct Agile assessments and maturity checks periodically.

Governance & Risk Mitigation:

• Ensure all Agile practices meet internal quality and compliance requirements.
• Proactively identify risks and prepare mitigation plans.
