Process Engineer

Job Title: Process Engineer Plastic Industry

Location: Sonipat (Barhi)

Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 per month (Negotiable for relevant experience)

Experience Required: 8–10 years

Industry Preference: Plastic Manufacturing (e.g., Supreme or similar)

Qualification:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• CIPET (Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology) certified

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage production activities, ensuring timely loading and unloading

operations

• Handle complete process start-up and shutdown procedures
• Manage manpower efficiently to achieve production targets
• Implement and monitor 5S practices to maintain workplace efficiency and cleanliness
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during operations

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of plastic manufacturing processes
• Experience in production planning and resource management
• Good leadership and team-handling capabilities
• Knowledge of quality and safety standards in manufacturing
