Department: Production / EngineeringReporting To: Production Manager / Engineering ManagerJob Summary:

Process Engineer - Production Technology

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and quality.
Design, develop, and implement new production technologies and process improvements.
Conduct process capability studies and root cause analysis to resolve production issues.
Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
Monitor production parameters and implement controls to maintain consistent quality standards.
Assist in scale-up and commissioning of new products or production lines.
Evaluate and recommend new equipment, tools, and materials to optimize production.
Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives.
Train production staff on new processes and technology implementation.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to production technology.
