The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily production activities to ensure smooth operations. Implement and monitor process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and maintain quality standards. Conduct root cause analysis for process issues and take corrective actions. Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations on the shop floor. Maintain production records, reports, and performance metrics. Support continuous improvement projects and contribute to cost optimization efforts. Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering. Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production operations.
