Process Engineer

As a skilled Process Engineer or Production Engineer at Nirmaan Aoudhyogik Rasayan Private Limited, your main responsibility will be to oversee and optimize operations at our advanced chemical manufacturing plant. Specifically focusing on the production of Salicylaldehyde and Coumarin, your role will emphasize process efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing daily plant operations for Salicylaldehyde and Coumarin manufacturing, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing production processes for maximum efficiency and yield, collaborating with R&D and Quality Assurance teams for process innovation and scale-up activities, managing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, maintaining detailed logs of batch data and operational reports, and training, mentoring, and supervising plant personnel to maintain operational discipline and safety culture. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering, a minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical production with exposure to specialty chemicals or intermediates, a strong technical background in process engineering, plant troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance, hands-on experience in managing plant teams and implementing safety protocols, and familiarity with Salicylaldehyde or Coumarin processes is highly preferred.
