Instrumentation Chemist – GC/HPLC Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Instrumentation Chemist to join our chemical manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with analytical instruments, particularly Gas Chromatography (GC) and High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), and will play a key role in method development and routine analysis based on product molecules.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate, calibrate, and maintain GC and HPLC instruments for quality control and analysis.

* Perform method development and validation for new and existing chemical compounds.

* Prepare samples and reagents in accordance with standard procedures.

* Analyze test results and maintain accurate documentation of findings.

* Troubleshoot instrument-related issues and ensure minimal downtime.

* Follow safety and compliance protocols strictly during all lab operations.

* Coordinate with the production and R&D team for process improvements and new product testing.

* Maintain daily logs, calibration records, and quality control charts.

Required Qualifications:

* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Instrumentation.

* Hands-on experience with GC and HPLC systems is mandatory.

* Knowledge of analytical method development.

* Strong understanding of chemical instrumentation and safety practices.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a full-time, onsite role at our facility located in MIDC Parseoni, under Nirmaan Aoudhyogik Rasayan Pvt. Ltd.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
