About the Role: Nirmaan Aoudhyogik Rasayan Private Limited is seeking a skilled Process Engineer or Production Engineer to oversee and optimize operations at our advanced chemical manufacturing plant. This role focuses specifically on the production of Salicylaldehyde and Coumarin , with an emphasis on process efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily plant operations for Salicylaldehyde and Coumarin manufacturing. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards. Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production processes for maximum efficiency and yield. Collaborate with R&D and Quality Assurance teams to support process innovation and scale-up activities. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime. Maintain detailed logs of batch data, performance metrics, and operational reports. Train, mentor, and supervise plant personnel to uphold operational discipline and safety culture. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering . Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical production, ideally with exposure to specialty chemicals or intermediates . Strong technical background in process engineering, plant troubleshooting , and regulatory compliance. Hands-on experience in managing plant teams and implementing safety protocols.
