Process Engineer - (Salicylaldehyde & Coumarin)

As a Process Engineer or Production Engineer at Nirmaan Aoudhyogik Rasayan Private Limited, your role will involve overseeing and optimizing operations at our advanced chemical manufacturing plant, with a specific focus on the production of Salicylaldehyde and Coumarin. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing daily plant operations for Salicylaldehyde and Coumarin manufacturing. - Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards. - Continuously monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing production processes for maximum efficiency and yield. - Collaborating with R&D and Quality Assurance teams to support process innovation and scale-up activities. - Managing preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime. - Maintaining detailed logs of batch data, performance metrics, and operational reports. - Training, mentoring, and supervising plant personnel to uphold operational discipline and safety culture. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering. - Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical production, ideally with exposure to specialty chemicals or intermediates. - Strong technical background in process engineering, plant troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance. - Hands-on experience in managing plant teams and implementing safety protocols. - Familiarity with Salicylaldehyde or Coumarin processes is highly preferred.
