Key Responsibilities

Process Design & Implementation:
Design, implement, and optimize IT processes aligned with industry best practices (e.g., ITIL, ITSM).
Process Governance & Compliance:
Ensure all IT processes comply with corporate policies and industry standards to reduce risk and enhance operational performance.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align IT processes with business goals and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor and measure the performance of IT processes, identifying areas for improvement through metrics and feedback.
Tool & Platform Management:
Oversee the use of IT process automation tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar platforms for efficiency.
Incident & Problem Management:
Lead efforts to improve incident and problem resolution processes, ensuring minimal downtime and service disruption.
