Process & Data Analyst - Sales (Contractual/offroll) @ Altius, Gurgaon

Role & responsibilities

• Centralize & Manage Engine Room data entry in the system for operational activities e.g. Sales
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly MIS on engine room performance
• Interface with Zones/ Area functional lead for input validation and data entry
• Interface with IT for IT support for enhancing automation Manage
• Provide automation support to various functional requirements like engine room, deplyoment
• Manage ER activity, data entry in system for key deployment activities on siterra, Oracle NFAwith effective control on centralized way.
• Data entry & MIS
• Build and align the cicle functions on deliverables
• Ensure activities done within NOC team to create operational excellence.
• Perform to meet KPIs as signed with the function
• Provide Periodic MIS and dashboards
• Align with the field, zones/ areas
• Contracts manage the arrangement with service provider
• Manage service delivery through IT, RPA etc.
• Technical support for engine room and implementation of the SOPs.
• Shift management and resource productivity management
• MIS & dashboards; penalty calculations & analysis
• The O&M team will be an internal customer and the NOC head will support with alarms, monitoring, data for sign offs, outage penalty thresholds, vendor KPI thresholds etc. .
• NOC Vendor contracts, IT support & NOC resource budgets.
  Budgeting and optimization of field NOC positions
• Build and align the NOC team to create operational excellence.
  Training and development for the team a per need and development needed

Key Performance Indicators

• Manage cost budget as per plan
• OMCR resource optimization as per plan
• Centralization of the monitoring capabilities as per plan
• NOC KPI achievement
• Productivity measures to be achieved

Educational Qualification

BE/B.Tech

Technical Competencies

Only Telecom Infra candidates are required

Operational experience in Passive/ Active telecom Infra domain with experience of handling NOC /TOC operations or similar customer supporting services

Behavioral Competencies

Self driven with commitment towards supporting internal and external customers, positive attitude and problem solving - can do approach

Language

English, Hindi. Any additional language skills would be welcome
