Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive Process Coordinator to manage order processing, optimize workflows, and ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client communication, tracking customer feedback, and collaborating with various departments to drive operational efficiency and business growth. Key Responsibilities: · Handle order processing efficiently from initiation to fulfillment. · Communicate with clients to provide updates and address concerns. · Optimize processes to improve workflow efficiency and ensure timely delivery. · Track and analyze customer satisfaction feedback for continuous improvement. · Collaborate with sales, production, design, purchase, and dispatch teams to streamline fulfillment. · Work on getting repeat orders by maintaining strong client relationships. · Enhance the company's portfolio by adding new products from existing clients. · Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and confidentiality protocols. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field. · Proven experience in process coordination, order management, or a similar role. · Strong communication and organizational skills. · Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. · Proficiency in MS Office and process management tools. · Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly.
