Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Coordinator to support our operational activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining processes, ensuring documentation accuracy, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining compliance with defined standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operational processes across departments.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Track project timelines and deliverables, identifying bottlenecks or delays.
• Collect, verify, and organize documentation from various departments.
• Maintain process-related reports and update internal trackers.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams for follow-ups and data accuracy.
• Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related field).
• 2 to 4 years of experience in process coordination, operations, or project support.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,952.89 - ₹16,000.00 per month
