Process Coordinator

As a Production Coordinator, your role involves coordinating and monitoring production activities across coating, printing, foiling, and frosting units. It is crucial to ensure adherence to production schedules, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards. Identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies in processes and assisting in implementing corrective actions are key responsibilities. Your responsibilities include: - Collaborating with supervisors and machine operators to manage shift planning and resource allocation. - Assisting in documenting and standardizing operating procedures (SOPs) for each process. - Monitoring raw material availability and coordinating with the inventory team to prevent production delays. - Supporting quality assurance by ensuring compliance with product specifications and customer requirements. - Facilitating communication between departments such as production, quality, maintenance, and logistics. - Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, downtime, and process yield.
