Process Associate

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Process Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy. This role involves document drafting, data management, and assisting in the end-to-end processing of legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare letters and other legal/administrative documents.
  
• Communicate effectively via email and phone with clients and third parties to obtain necessary information.
  
• Maintain accurate and updated data in the Practice Management Software.
  
• Review and analyze documents to extract critical information based on predefined criteria.
  
• Ensure all case files are kept up to date and assist in progressing matters proactively.
  
• Support the Team Lead in managing tasks from initiation to completion.
  
• Uphold confidentiality and ensure all work meets quality and compliance standards.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
  
• 03 years of relevant experience (freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply).
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
• Good email writing and documentation abilities.
  
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry, etc.).
  
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  

Job Details:

• Work Hours:

  7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Working Days:

  Monday to Friday (5 days/week)

• Salary Range:

  1,80,000 – 4,20,000 per annum
