Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chats as per process requirements
  • Maintain accurate documentation and update systems regularly
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues while adhering to quality standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address escalations or customer needs
  • Meet performance targets such as accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time
  • Follow company policies and standard operating procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a Process Associate or related role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
  • Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
