Job Summary / Objective

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Process Associates to provide sales and marketing support by building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives. The role involves generating leads through outbound phone calls to US-based prospects.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients via telephone.
• Follow prepared scripts to pitch company products and services.
• Provide requested information to potential clients.
• Obtain and update contact details of prospects.
• Address client queries, concerns, and suggestions promptly.
• Research, track, maintain, and update leads database.

Requirements

• High school qualification or equivalent.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in USA calling / cold calling.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets preferred.
• Good English communication skills
