Key Responsibilities:

Resolve product or service-related queries in a professional and timely manner

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by providing empathetic and effective support

Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and quality standards

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats for UK


Qualifications & Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Ability to work in UK shifts with monthly rotational schedule

Prior customer support/BPO experience is an advantage (freshers welcome)

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of customer service tools and CRM systems preferred
