Handle customer queries and concerns professionally via voice or non-voice channels (chat/email).
Support data verification, account management, and recovery processes.
Maintain a thorough understanding of client policies and procedures.
Identify, reproduce, and escalate process or product issues when required.
Work independently or collaboratively to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to propose process improvements that enhance efficiency.
Previous experience in customer support (voice/non-voice) is an advantage.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer focus with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
