Process Analyst, Quote to Cash

Key Responsibilities: - Create and process customer invoices with necessary documentation to ensure timely billing. - Ensure all customer invoices are uploaded quickly and accurately to customer portals. - Communicate with Finance and Operations teams to ensure billing compliance with contractual requirements. - Apply cash received from clients, considering relevant taxes and exchange rates. - Assist in preparing statements of account and reports for senior management. - Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to support the Quote to Cash cycle. - Perform other assigned tasks to support Quote to Cash functions. Qualifications: Required - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance. - 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable functions. - Knowledge of Finance/Accounts Receivable processes. Desired - Proficiency in MS Office suite. - Experience in testing/implementing new systems or processes.
