Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Analyst, located in Hyderabad. The Process Analyst will be responsible for evaluating, designing, and implementing business processes. Daily tasks include analyzing workflow, identifying areas for improvement, managing business processes, and communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders. The Process Analyst will work closely with various departments to ensure efficient and effective processes are in place.

• Experience in Business Process Improvement and Business Process Design
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
