Role - CPM Process Analyst

Experience - 1-5yrs

Tools- Workday and Salesforce

Key skills required - Creating roles in Workday, Supervisory org changes, Modification of roles in Workday, Compensation Changes etc.

Job Location -Hyderabad

Shift- 3PM-12AM/6:30PM- 3:30AM (Both ways cab)

Mode of work- Hybrid (3days/week)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Excel experience, specifically Vlookups and general formulas/functionality
• Workday and Salesforce experience preferred
• Understanding and administration of HR Operations
• Position management and employee life cycle, including processing of comp changes and one-time payments
• Accurately perform day-to-day transactional and administrative processes in support of the assigned HR Shared Services team. Responsible for timely completion of fulfillment activities and customer inquiries.
• Meet customer commitments on-time. Ensure KPI customer satisfaction levels remain high from both internal staff and external customers.
• Perform scheduled audits related regulatory compliance and policy provisions specific to assigned HR Shared team initiatives and programs.
• Responsible for customer focused ongoing communication with current and former employees related to service requests and case management resolution.
