Founder Support: Own the calendar, daily priorities, reminders, and strategic follow-through. Clear Reporting: Create crisp daily/weekly updates (one-pagers, summaries, Looms). Workflow Fixes: Suggest tools, create systems, and squash inefficiencies. CRM + Docs Oversight: Keep Zoho CRM and Google Docs organized and up to date. 🧠 You're a Fit If You: Have 2–5 years in ops, executive support, or project coordination. Communicate fluently in English — written and spoken. Think like a founder: you see bottlenecks before they block progress.
