PRO Arabic Trainee

We are seeking a PRO Arabic Trainee for a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The trainee will support public relations and government-related activities, including documentation, approvals, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role also involves administrative support, accurate document translation, and effective communication with Arabic-speaking stakeholders to maintain strong professional relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage activation and operations of government portals in KSA
• Coordinate directly with government ministries and regulatory authorities to resolve work-related issues and obtain necessary clarifications
• Collaborate with internal teams to track progress, follow up on tasks, and ensure timely execution
• Communicate with clients when required to provide updates, collect information, and address queries
• Maintain and update accurate records, trackers, and reports related to government processes and internal tasks
• Follow up on pending items with government agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure
• Support internal departments with official documentation, renewals, and compliance requirements
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manager based on business or operational needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Arabic or completion of a recognized Arabic translation course
• 0 to 1 year of relevant experience
