As a Private Banker/Partner at IDFC FIRST Bank in the North & East region, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining relationships with high net worth clients in the North & East region - Understanding clients" financial goals and providing customized banking and wealth management solutions - Cross-selling various banking products and services, such as loans, investments, and insurance - Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, offering regular updates on market trends and investment opportunities - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services - Meeting and exceeding sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the Private Banking Group Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking or wealth management - Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients - In-depth knowledge of banking products and services, investments, and insurance - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong sales and relationship management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Additionally, having a CFP or CFA certification is preferred, along with knowledge of local market and industry trends in the North & East region. Fluency in local languages and willingness to travel within the region as needed are also advantageous.
