As a Private Banker/Partner at IDFC FIRST Bank in the North & East region, you will have the exciting opportunity to manage and grow a portfolio of high net worth clients by providing them with personalized banking and wealth management solutions. You will play a crucial role in understanding clients" financial goals and tailoring customized solutions to meet their needs. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining relationships with high net worth clients, cross-selling various banking products and services such as loans, investments, and insurance, and acting as a trusted advisor by providing regular updates on market trends and investment opportunities. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meeting sales targets are also essential aspects of this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking or wealth management. A proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients, in-depth knowledge of banking products and services, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong sales and relationship management abilities are required. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include CFP or CFA certification, knowledge of local market and industry trends in the North & East region, willingness to travel within the region as needed, and fluency in local languages.
