Private Banker

As a Private Banker/Partner at IDFC FIRST Bank in the South region, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining relationships with high net worth clients, understanding their financial goals, and providing personalized banking and wealth management solutions. - Cross-selling various banking products and services, including investment products, insurance, and loans. - Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert financial advice and guidance. - Collaborating with other teams within the bank to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients. - Staying updated on market trends and regulations to ensure compliance and provide outstanding service. - Meeting and exceeding sales targets to contribute to the growth of the First Private business. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking or wealth management. - Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients. - In-depth knowledge of banking products, investment products, and insurance. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, sales, and relationship management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Preferred knowledge of local market and regulations. - Relevant certifications such as CFP, CFA, or CAIA are a plus.
