As a Private Banker - First Private in the Private Banking Group (Retail Liabilities) at IDFC FIRST Bank, your role is crucial in acquiring and managing relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) & Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI) clients. Your primary focus will be to sell Investment, Insurance, and other bank products to Private Banking clients to generate fee income. Key Responsibilities: - Nurture and manage end-to-end customer relationships, addressing all their banking needs with wealth solutions offered by IDFC FIRST Bank. - Provide a seamless banking experience, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores. - Acquire new customers through natural market, open market activities, internal references, and digital networks. - Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a high level of relationship management orientation. - Focus on service delivery and be execution-oriented, striving to achieve results. - Develop your team, ensure adequate staffing, and support team members in achieving their targets. Qualification Required: - Graduation in Bachelors in engineering, Technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, Engineering, or Management. - Post-graduation in MBA or PGDM.
