Role Overview: As a Private Banker - First Private at IDFC FIRST Bank, your key role will be to acquire HNI & UHNI clients and nurture strong relationships with them. You will be responsible for selling Investment, Insurance, and other bank products to Private Banking clients to generate fee income. Key Responsibilities: - Nurture and manage end-to-end customer relationships by fulfilling all their banking needs through wealth solutions provided by IDFC FIRST Bank. - Provide a seamless banking experience from both a product and interpersonal perspective. - Achieve organizational objectives of high customer satisfaction scores. - Acquire customers through natural market, open market activities, references from internal sources via existing branch and digital networks. - Ensure regulatory compliance. - Demonstrate a high relationship management orientation with the ability to forge effective relationships. - Maintain a strong focus on service delivery. - Be execution-oriented, driven to achieve results. - Develop your team and ensure they are adequately staffed. - Work towards target achievement of team members. Qualification Required: - Graduation in Bachelors in engineering, Technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, Engineering, or Management. - Post-graduation in MBA or PGDM.
