1.Coordinating yardage processing from PFP fabric to Inspection.
2.Coordination with production team yardage strike off, screen preparation, printing, design studio, finishing.
3.Receive programe from PPC for daily yardage input in plant.
4.Coordinate with commercial team and record keeping for yardage received from respective other unit.
5.Making of TDS for yardage and ensure correct references to be followed by production during yardage processing.
6.Quality approval of yardages for dispatch in coordination with QA & production.
7.Process sheet generation and checking parameter.
8.Generation of process routes, process codes, finish codes.
9.Follow up with greige opening team to open the samples as per scheduled program.
10.Take WIP from all departments and track physically all samples for their location.
11. To establish finishing Recipe, process parameter to meet customer specification or protocol related physical property and Special kind of functional finish like WR/OR,MM, Anti UV, Anti microbial, MXL etc.
12.Instruct the workforce assigned for yardage movements.
13.Coordinate with all production departments for timely yardage movement
14.Write observations in yardage run if any abnormality observed.
15.Discuss with PDC in charge for any abnormality in run-ability of yardage.
16.Maintain all process parameters maintained in running of yardage.
17.Maintain records of base shade / dyed ground for dyed & yarn dyed based print yardages in a scientific manner & ensure easy retrieval on demand.
18.Preparation of PMC card in yardage based bulk orders.
