Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and support network and standalone printers (HP, Canon, Ricoh, Epson, etc.).
Perform routine maintenance: toner replacement, printhead cleaning, roller checks, and firmware updates.
Diagnose and resolve printing issues such as paper jams, calibration errors, connectivity problems, and driver conflicts.
Manage printer queues, print servers, and network print configurations (TCP/IP, IPP, SMB).
Set up and troubleshoot multifunction devices (scan, fax, copy).
Monitor consumable usage and coordinate with vendors for supplies and AMC services.
Maintain logs of repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Support printer integration with systems like Active Directory, Print Management tools, and cloud print solutions.
Provide end-user support and training on printer usage and basic troubleshooting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,533.23 - ₹22,000.00 per month
