Job Title: Printer Engineer

Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Printer Engineer to install, maintain, and repair various types of printers and multifunction devices, ensuring minimal downtime and high service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of printers and MFDs
• Diagnose and repair hardware issues in laser and inkjet printers
• Handle printer networking, IP configuration, and driver installation
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing
• Troubleshoot paper jams, print quality issues, and error codes
• Replace spare parts such as rollers, fusers, cartridges, and drums
• Coordinate with clients and provide on-site support
• Maintain service reports and job documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI in Electronics, Computer Hardware, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience as a Printer Engineer or similar role
• Hands-on experience with brands like HP, Canon, Ricoh, Brother, etc.
• Good understanding of printer hardware and networking
• Ability to work independently and manage field service calls

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with MFDs and high-volume printers
• Knowledge of AMC and customer service processes
• Valid two-wheeler license (preferred)
