Printer Engineer

As a skilled and reliable Printer Repair Technician, your role will involve providing high-quality repair and maintenance services for Epson, HP, Canon, and Brother printers. You will be responsible for delivering onsite repair services at client locations in Kolkata as well as at our office when required. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and repair technical issues in printers, including hardware malfunctions, paper jams, and connectivity problems. - Perform routine maintenance to ensure printers operate efficiently. - Provide onsite repair services at client locations promptly and professionally. - Handle repairs and servicing of printers at the office when required. - Replace or repair defective components using genuine parts to maintain printer performance. - Test and verify printer functionality after repairs or maintenance. - Communicate effectively with clients, explaining issues and providing preventive maintenance tips. - Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed. - Stay updated on the latest printer technologies and repair techniques. Qualifications and Skills: - Proven experience in repairing printers, especially Epson, HP, Canon, and Brother models. - Strong technical knowledge of printer hardware and software troubleshooting. - Ability to handle tools and equipment used for printer repairs. - Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills. - Good communication and customer service skills. - Valid driver's license for onsite service visits. Preferred Requirements: - Certification or training in printer repair is a plus. - Experience with networking and printer connectivity troubleshooting.
