About the role:
As a Senior UX Engineer at Mr. Cooper Group, you will be responsible for designing user experiences (UX) for our websites and mobile applications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet business requirements while delivering exceptional user experiences. This role involves working on multiple projects simultaneously and communicating effectively with team members across various departments. You should have experience using industry standard front end web development tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, Axure, Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket. What you’ll do:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve existing products
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to UX design
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior UX engineers
• Contribute to the creation of design systems and style guides
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
• Work closely with developers to implement designs into production environments
• Perform quality assurance checks before launching new features or redesigns
• Utilize agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban to streamline workflows

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred 5+ years of relevant professional experience required Experience with front end web development tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, Axure, Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket Ability to create interactive prototypes using Adobe XD, InVision, Axure, or other similar software Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles Familiarity with design systems and component libraries Strong understanding of user research methods and usability testing techniques Exceptional communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Basecamp Comfortable working in fast-paced Agile environments Detail oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Creative problem solver who can think outside the box
